1. Overview

Welcome to ARTISANAT EL JAMAI. We design and sell handcrafted zellige tables made by hand in Marrakech.

By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions of Sale.

You must be of legal age to use our services.

You are responsible for the security of your account and your login details.

Our tables are handmade from traditional Fassi zellige.

Each piece is unique. Natural variations may exist in:

These variations are part of the artisanal character and are not considered defects.

Any order is considered a manufacturing request.

For orders placed through WhatsApp, a 30% deposit of the total amount is required to start production. The remaining 70% is due on delivery.

For orders paid through PayPal, the full amount (100%) is due at the time of the order.

ARTISANAT EL JAMAI reserves the right to refuse any order.

Our product prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include shipping fees.

The customer remains responsible for paying any customs fees and local taxes related to importing the order into their country of residence.

As our tables are heavy and fragile handcrafted products, they are shipped via specialized carriers.

Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on destination.

Risk transfers as soon as the product is handed over to the carrier.

Local delivery in Marrakech may be offered.

Due to the artisanal and personalized nature of the products:

Any claim must be made within 48 hours with photos as proof.

All content on the site (text, images, designs) is the exclusive property of ARTISANAT EL JAMAI.

Any reproduction is prohibited without authorization.

Two payment methods are offered: PayPal, and ordering through WhatsApp.

PayPal payments are secured by the provider; by confirming your order, you agree to their terms. The full amount is charged at the time of the order.

For a WhatsApp order, our team agrees the terms with you: a 30% deposit starts manufacturing, and the remaining 70% is paid on delivery.

We reserve the right to correct any error or inaccuracy and to cancel an order if necessary.

It is prohibited to use the site for illegal or fraudulent purposes.

ARTISANAT EL JAMAI cannot be held liable for indirect damages related to the use of the site or the products.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco.

Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Marrakech.
